The Explanation: Why Guatemala Is Tall

((So I just wanted to address this for questions I got and any future ones that get asked about why my Guatemala is tall when it is said that Guatemala people are shorter then Mexicans.

So the comic depicts a funny scenerio or example of how Iztali would end up tall but here's my serious headcanon.

Headcanon: 

If Spain hadn't come to the New World, Guatemala would have most likely ended up as short as Mama Maya. But because he did and with him came many Spaniards that eventually mixed the people, the Spanish influenced Guatemala's growth and thus he became taller then what is generally percieved for the Guatemalan people. His height represents the now mixed race of the Ladinos (50% of the population mind you) who are not constrained by the thick mayan blood and thus able to grow taller then 5'1'.

Okay, headcanon over. Which means I am out.

Need to know Facts:

1. Yes that is Raquel and my babies Angel (El Salvador) and Vanessa (Belize). Vanessa is the one who punched (she's the only one who punches or kicks Iztali actually) Iztali.

2. Forgive this messy comic. I was finishing it up at like 2 am.

3. Mama Maya and Azteca in the bottom panels are in that mysterious place where Grandpa Rome and Germania reside as well.

4. Mama Maya placed those forehead flatteners on baby Guate because back those days, having your head shaped like a corn cob was considered highly regarded in Mayan culture (thank God that didn't shape Guate's forehead too much omfg, thank you Spanish Influence).

5. Mayans were known for their math, science and calender prowess just like the Aztec's are famously known for their horrific sacrificial rituals. But in actuality, the Mayans were known to have practiced the brutal sacrifice rituals as well. Not exclusively like the Aztecs, but they have done it. Luckily the trend didn't continue for too long so that's why you don't know they did that stuff unless you read.
